Job description

Restaurant Brasa — wood-fired pizzas and grilled meats, by Lake Ferrié in Penne-d'Agenais. THE ROLE You run the hot section: grilled meats, starters, winter slow-cooked dishes, mise en place. Recipe sheets, a short menu and local produce. THE TERMS • 39-hour fixed-term contract, HCR (hospitality) collective agreement • €1,650 net/month, negotiable depending on profile • Closed Mondays and Tuesdays • Health insurance 100% covered, meals, shared tips • Help with accommodation possible Start date: as soon as possible.

Skills required

Experience on a busy hot section. Reliable, consistent, small-team spirit — motivation counts as much as the CV.

Pay €1,650 net/month, negotiable depending on profile
